Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may, but may not necessarily be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed (e.g., incorrect work, incomplete job)

  • There is a verified fault in workmanship or materials supplied

  • You cancel a scheduled job before work has begun, and within the notice period (see Section 4)

Refunds are not guaranteed for:

  • Change of mind after service completion

  • Customer-supplied parts or materials

  • Issues resulting from misuse, neglect, or third-party interference

2. Rectification First Policy

If you are unhappy with our work, we will first attempt to:

  • Inspect and assess the issue

  • Rectify the problem at no extra charge

Refunds will only be considered after we have had the opportunity to correct the issue.

3. Deposits and Advance Payments

  • Deposits for large jobs are typically non-refundable unless cancelled with sufficient notice (see below).

  • If work has not yet started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, depending on any preparatory work already completed.

4. Cancellations

  • Residential clients: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • Commercial & Industrial clients: A minimum of 5 business days notice may be required for larger projects.

  • Cancellations with insufficient notice may incur a call-out fee or forfeit of deposit.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Your name and contact details

  • Job or invoice number

  • A clear explanation of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

6. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days. We will notify you once the refund has been issued.

7. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you’re unsure of your rights, we recommend seeking independent advice.
